The Writing Process

          All year the kids have worked hard at following "The Writing Process" to develop their skills as writers!  They Pre-write & Plan (gather ideas/research), Draft (write all their thoughts down on paper), Revise (add to and delete from their writing for meaning), Edit (check conventions for meaning), and Publish (type or write their final product).  They also focus on the "6+1 Writing Traits!"
